I respectfully disagree, as it still works with every other version of the game except this snapshot, and it doesn't always crash immediately, it can take up to 10 minutes
That may not have been seen until now, but the crash is occuring outside of Minecraft in the depth of the Intel graphics card drivers. It's not even an error message ("Wrong parameters" or so), it's simply crashing.
Ok, well it may have something to do with the new ai or probable more likely the new rendering of the wings or boats, either way, it doesn't happen on any other version except for this snapshot. Looks like im screwed 😞

No, you're not. Update to the latest Intel graphics driver, see MC-32606 for how-to.
If that won't help, report this crash to Intel, especially provide the file @C:\Users\Stephen\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\hs_err_pid27944.log@
