[MC-89954] All boat types drop oak wood planks

When you break a boat no matter what type it is, it will always drop oak wood planks

To break the boat you have to spawn or create it high up and then let it fall.

Can confirm. To reproduce, you have to spawn a boat high up and break it from fall damage. They no longer break on contact with crashing into land.
