When in spectator mode, in a server, when you scroll to increase your speed to a certain level, you'll tp back and a server message pops up:
PLAYER moved too quickly!
Steps to reproduce:
go to spectator mode
scroll all the way up to increase your flying speed
fly as fast as you can and see yourself get teleported back
Also appears to happen when sprint flying in creative ~fixed

No "moved too quickly" but I still get the tp back. Happens with Elytra and scrolling up in Spectator mode, on a server.
Edit: Also console says player moved too quickly! with co-ords.
