[MC-90073] The riding tag no longer works

since 15w41b works at the summon command of "riding" NBT is no longer an example /summon MinecartChest ~ ~1 ~ {Riding:{id:"ArmorStand",Small:1,NoGravity:1}} in the case is only a Minecart with a chest gespawn and no Armor stand

Invalid : the Riding tag has been replaced by a Passengers tag (see wiki)

Use the new Passengers tag. The Riding tag has been deprecated.

Like Tan Chin Cheern said, the Riding tag has been deprecated in 15w41a, and is replaced with the Passengers list tag. Works as intended.
