Random Crashes (Mostly when placing nonsolid blocks)

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

*What I expected to happen was I could place torches/ anvils, etc.

*What actually happened was I crashed upon right click in main hand and occasionally the world would randomly crash, like stepping into a certain chunk

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get torch/ button/ nonsolid block
2. Highlight a block
3. Place, and crash the game. Affects most other 1.9 snapshots as well.
Here's the text that appears upon crash (This is when I threw an enderpearl while flying. The bottom portion is the same on most of them):

Also, it never gave me the option to publish the crash report. It says something about minidumps or core dumps being deprecated and "likely to be removed in a future release" at the bottom. EDIT: it actually says "Using incremental CMS is deprecated and likely to be removed in a future release"

I just checked, but it's only showing server-side crashes back from August. It may have to do with the fact that it never gave the option to publish it. I'll take a screenshot of it.

I just found another thing that consistently makes it happen: throwing an enderpearl while flying in an Elytra. You have to be flying, though, and it may not crash until the pearl lands. Same text. Here, I'll paste it in the bug description...

Just fixed it with the instructions from the dupe. Not sure how to delete this report

nevermind, it's unbearable in 15w42a. Literally won't let me join my own world in singleplayer. terrible.

Okay, I think I fixed it. If you turn on VBOs if you have this bug, it should fix it.
