[MC-90249] /fill with clay produces inconsistent results

Upon trying to /fill a large plane with clay, the area to be filled only partly fills with clay. There is no apparent pattern, and the areas filled with clay always change. This may affect other blocks, but not the ones I have tested.

I'm trying to build a house with clay block walls, and after placing x number of blocks, a large portion of them disappear. This issue is not resolved in 15w43c!

this is a duplicate of MC-86054 which is resolved as Works As Intended

When you say "Works As Intended" are you saying that the blocks are supposed to disappear?

This is due to the temporary Ender Drageon Respawn Mechanism. Will be changed later.
