[MC-86054] Clay creeper face to respawn the dragon can be built anywhere and doesn't require air blocks around it

Try making a 10x10 clay square. It's not happening.
I swear, if this is another duplicate... >:O always spend 10-20 minutes searching and it never pops up!

I think it has to do with the creeper face / enderdragon. Might as well make it a 10x10 cube since it deletes most of the cube anyways and not just a creeper face...

This is due to the temporary Ender Drageon Respawn Mechanism. Will be changed later.

I wouldn't conciser this issue "Works as intended" as that feature shouldn't even do anything in the overworld. Rather it seems more likely it is blocked by a future change (can you add the "blocked" status without an issue blocking it?)

It works as intended as in the structure to create the dragon is removed once you place it. The fact that it removes the whole 10x10 is either a bug with Dinnerbone's structure recognition algorithm or, more likely, the way the creeper face structure is configured.
