I am seeing a significant difference between the FPS in "F1" mode (UI Hidden) and in regular mode. Some figures (because of the nature of FPS, these numbers are not exact. However my FPS is STABLE meaning the change is NOT due to regular fluctuations.
Regular: 90-100 FPS
F1/Hidden UI: 120-130 FPS
This is about 30% decrease due solely due to the UI being visible, which seems like an issue.

This is not occurring at this time in 17w43a/b. If anyone is still experiencing this and can show proof (graph of FPS chart would be best) I will reopen.
