1. Teleport yourself into the air. (i did 1000 blocks up)
2. fly all the way down and hit an unloaded chunk.
3. the glitch should start happening. You can take off the wings.
If you teleport yourself into water, it looks like you're swimming!

Well, we appreciate your intent, but in fact doesn't it help anyone when you take some elsewhere reported bugs. It would suit better if you redirect the users reporting the bugs on the Minecraft forum to this site so that the other users can describe their issues better and also can answer questions.
