[MC-90564] Can't Execute a title command (p.s this is superflat world)

I'm making a map for when my cousins arrive at my house, for the start button i used the title command, but the title didn't show and both outputs said "Title command Successfully Executed" what is going on?

You need to provide the command you used.

Are you sure the duration of the title was set correctly? Use the "/title times ..." syntax to change it.
