Reproduce steps:
1. ✔ Transmitter settings:(Launcher Visibility = Keep the launcher open)
2.Use Silk Touch damage Frosted Ice.
3.Saved back to the menu screen.
4.Enter the world again.
5.Observation of launcher.

Still in 15w44a. Mining frost block with silk touch results in an unknown item entity. Picking it up crashes server and kicks everybody out.
