[MC-90703] Blocks on head don't rotate horizontally for other players

Title is self-explanatory. If you need some more information, just ask me, I'll provide more. I also put screenshots of the bug.
EDIT #1: Steps to reproduce as requested by redstonehelper:
Path 1 (If you have anyone in your LAN network):
1. Open a world to LAN.
2. Invite someone to join your world.
3. Tell your friend to wear a pumpkin on his head.
4. Tell your friend to look around a bit, horizontally and vertically.
5. Observe the pumpkin only moving vertically and staying at the same horizontal direction.
Path 2 (If you don't have anyone in your LAN network):
1. Open a world with an offline account (Offline accounts are most easily used with MagicLauncher) to LAN.
2. Open the official Minecraft launcher and get your premium account on.
3. Get your premium account to join the LAN world.
4. All steps next are steps 3-5 in path 1, with your friend as your offline account (Or premium, doesn't matter) and observing from the other account.

Are you sure you guys can't reproduce this? You're attaching screenshots of the issue itself... Can you also take screenshots from the player that wears the pumpkin's POV?

What a shame.
Wait, are you sure it's a graphics card problem? Because for the client that's wearing the pumpkin, in F5 or in the inventory the pumpkin moves perfectly fine. I think it's an issue with multiplayer.

Two people with non-Intel graphics cards cannot confirm that, but you with well-known broken Intel drivers have it....

Uh... There's a problem. You said the current version is 15.60.x.x, right?
Well, I don't think that version exists for Linux, which is the operating system I use. I can, however, try a different one.

Well, Intel has exactly 1 (read: One) driver for Linux, (dated 2013), but try the drivers from http://www.mesa3d.org/
Apparently the Mesa version numbers have nothing to do with the Intel version numbers.

The installation seems to be a bit complicated, and not all the commands used over there even work. Are you sure it's compatible with Ubuntu?

Hey, I found something good about this issue! It doesn't occur while you're gliding using the Elytra! 😃
That's exactly what I needed. Still an issue, so I will update my graphics card drivers soon, but at least that works.

I don't know anything about this driver and Ubuntu. This is tech support.
