Fire Charge fired into Unloaded Chunk is Unremovable

Sorry, I don't have my Environment info, but:
If you have a fire charge cannon and it goes into an unloaded chunk, it'll stay there and do graphics glitches. It also causes a ton of lag. Even '/kill @e[type=Fireball]' doesn't work (unless you use mcedit). Can you please fix that?

A similar issue was fixed recently. Is this still an issue in 15w45a? If so, please explain the issue in detail and provide steps to reproduce it. Please also update the list of affected versions.

The versions affected selector is not working for whatever reason.
I think this is either my graphics card or some problem with the flat world generation.
To reproduce the issue, I generated a superflat world with the classic flat preset world. Then, I put fire charges in dispensers and activated them at the same time. When it went into non-generated (not unloaded) chunks, it would stay there and do a little graphics glitch. I check mcedit and it said there were fire charges there, though the game is registering it. It does cause lag and the entity does turn towards you if it's in a loaded chunk.
I doesn't seem to happen in a regular world or amplified world.
It's probably not a 1.9 thing.
