Since I downloaded Minecraft about a month ago, all mobs (passive and aggressive), chests, boats, villagers, and my own character do not render, ever. The only way I know a mob, villager, or boat is present is by it's sounds, weapons, and shadow on the ground. As for Chests, I only see the black outline. So far, I have only played single player survival mode. I have reverted to older versions, nothing. I have adjusted my in game video settings, nothing. I have attempted render distances in the full spectrum possible, and they still do not appear.

Yep, Outdated AMD Graphics! Thank you @Sonic, I checked for updates, and it said I was already fully updated, but it looks like it was wrong. Everything appears to be rendering now.
