[MC-90856] You Can't Break Redstone Ore With A Pickaxe That "Can Break" Redstone Ore

When You Create A Pickaxe That Has The NBT Tag "Can Break Redstone Ore" It Will Not Mine Redstone Ore On Adventure Mode Because It Changes Into "Lit Redstone Ore" When You Click On It. If You Keep Clicking Then The Cracks Will Glitch Out.

How To Reproduce:
1. Enter This Command: /give @a minecraft:iron_pickaxe 1 0 {Unbreakable:1,display:{Name:"Try Breaking Some Redstone Ore With Me"},CanDestroy:["minecraft:redstone_ore"]}
2. Place/Find A Redstone Ore Block
3. Go On Adventure Mode
4. Try To Break The Redstone Ore

Then allow breaking lit redstone ore with the pickaxe...

But It Is Still Redstone Ore And You Shouldn't Have To Do That, Also The Cracks Are A Bug Too.

Please only report one issue per ticket. Make a new ticket for the cracks, if they haven't been reported yet. Redstone ore and lit redstone ore are different block ids.
