[MC-90995] Low fps chunks not loading

unlike snapshot 15w41b where I had no issues with fps, it seems that the chunks in 15w42a will load erratically and my fps drops down to around 14 -20 fps, I constantly have to refresh the loaded chunks by pressing f3+a

While having this issue:

Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to this ticket.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
