[MC-9110] Comparators doesn't detect any items from minecarts with chests and hoppers

In all kind of gamemode, the Comparators doesn't detect any items from a minecart with chest or minecart with hopper

Im sorry Im using a texturepack. But in this bug it has no kind of need for it for textures

your supposed to put a detector rail than a comparator then place mine cart filled with items and you will get a redstone signal therefore---->Works as intended
