[MC-91194] Lagging while on fire.

While on fire I start losing a lot of FPS. It didn't happen in 1.8 or previous 1.9 snapshots you it's not my computer.

I can confirm this happens in 1.9-pre2, but only slightly.

Full FPS w/o VSync - 1400 fps
Lighting fire (not on me) or lava - 1350 fps
Getting caught on fire - fluctuates between 1000 and 1150 fps while on fire

Might be expected lag, that's a considerable drop (25% from full) just for getting caught on fire though.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time.
