[MC-91242] Extreme lag

Whenever I break a block it just comes back again and again and again
I would be better off breaking 10000 obsidian blocks with my fist.
I have had this bug for a while and would like it fixed.

While having this issue: Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.
