The Haste effect doesn't work after jumping, while I would expect it only woudn't work while jumping.
Steps to reproduce:
run the command
/effect @p minecraft:haste 60 255 truejump and while jumping start mining a block (eg. dirt or wool)
note how the Haste effect doesn't work after landing on the ground

@Sonic I think this is not a duplicate since it also seems to work with lower levels. It isn't as easy to see tough.
