[MC-91394] Levitation Effect over lava

1.Fly over lava and give you the levitation effect (/effect Fabian9799 minecraft:levitation 10 255 true)
Then go into gamemode 2 and fall in the lava
Then fall in the lava

Bug: If you get damage
you are flying in the air

Also: 255 changes to a negative value since 127 is the max value for the levitation effect.
