Sometimes the cursor keeps moveing around and it makes the game almost impossible to play. It is not my mouse that is wrong, I have tried different mice and updating the softwares but nothing helped.

Yes. I also tried to change it and it didn't work. Then I tried the cinematic mode, but that wasn't it either.
Well, I'm not sure, but I think it has something to do with your mouse and computer. I'm no technical professional, but your mouse drivers may be outdated(not sure if you referred to that kind of softwares in the description), the usb of your mouse may not support a newer version of the usb your computer has, or you might have a virus. You can search the web for more help.
