[MC-91572] Armor does not work

1. I enchanted Armor in Creative using an Anvil (Caused Bug MC-91521)
2. Switched to Survival
3. Armor Bar did not appear, Elytra did not work.
NOTE: ALL Items were Unbreakable:1
THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF MC-91521.
The Armor did not disappear.

Environment

-In the End
-Survival Mode
-Maybe this is why it did not work, I do not know... Resistance 255 for infinite Time (1000000 Ticks)
Win 8 (NOT 8.1) x64
Java Do not know?
