Enchanting from Anvil

Tried to name a pickax. When I went to move the named item to my inventory it disappeared.

I repeated the process when combining a sword and an unbreaking 3 book
Item disappeared when moving to inventory

Tried to name a Shield. Same result
Item disappeared when moving to inventory

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place any combination of Tool, sword or shield in Anvil
2. Add enchanted book or just rename item.
3. try to move modified item to inventory and item disappears.

Was not happening in prior snapshot.
