after i have logged in and the game is loading it finishes loading it goes to a black screen and stays there it does nothing else i have not been able to get a crash report and have not been able to find any reason problem with the hardware of my computer i dont know what else i can do reinstalled the game multiple times i have updated all my drivers and have been on the chat trying to figure out this problem for the last 3 days and still have not been able to resolve this issue i spent 25 dollars on this game and if i would very much like to play but if the issue cannot be resolved then i want my money back thank you

Search the folder where Mincraft.exe is
Create a text file start_minecraft.txt
Open the text file in editor
put this stuff inside:
java -Xmx1g -Xms512M -cp minecraft.exe net.minecraft.LauncherFrame pauserename the text file to start_minecraft.bat
double click the file
A console window will open. Mark, copy and attach the output of that window here.
