[MC-91606] Renaming Items Deletes The Item, Taking XP

When renaming a chest, I found that it was deleting the item as soon as I tried to take the renamed item back out. This also happened when I tried to rename cobblestone and when I tried to enchant a diamond helmet. Essentially Anvils are bust.

same for me when itry to aplie an enchant on a tool with an anvil every thing except the anvil vanish
