adding mending to tools will make them disappear.

when adding mending to a tool (pick/sword/axe tested) using a book,it will Immediately disappear. I have tested this in survival with items that are already enchanted and in creative with new ones. it will cost 2 levels and the anvil sound will be played. both the tool and the book will to removed as normal but the resulting tool will disappear.
