Floating Sand Entity on Any Fences/Cobblestone Walls

When you place sand one block above any kind of fence, fence gate, or cobblestone wall, it will be stuck floating in entity form until fence is destroyed or pushed of by a piston. Placing the sand directly on the fence is fine.
