Despawning incorrectly

Skeletons Despawn Incorrectly When I was exiting my house I saw this skeleton Completely still And not moveing This also Happened in Peaceful mode to Stuff to do 1. Make new world Easy Or peaceful Survival mode
2. Give it time and you will randomly find a Skeleton In the state it is .In the attachment ALso its laggy as you can see
