Minecarts still do not allow chunks to load while riding in them. Chunks will load when you exit the minecart {feet hit the ground}.
Making rails almost useless for travel across maps.

The reason for reporting is it effects the newest snapshot, it continues to be listed as resolved but has not resolved over the last 4 or 5 snapshots. Thanks for your time.
I've resolved yours as being a duplicated. This issue MC-89915 is still open.
Do not duplicate issues, they only delay the time in which issues get fixed.
