[MC-91730] Ladder double as wide as beforce

In 1.9 The ladder blocks got double as wide as before.
This is really anoying for me because im a very good parkour jumper but with this it gets harder even if the block is wider.

Intended I believe--to match trapdoor and ladder hitboxes.

Vertical shafts, so that you don't have to jump off the top of the ladder. I remember this change from one of the patch notes.
