[MC-91823] Fence & Fence Gate Broken Textures

All fence gates and regular fences' textures appear to be broken, as well as when the gates are opened, please look into this.

I saw the same on stone walls, they have an odd texture, too, looks like it is streched. I saw this first time with 15w44b, 15w44a did not have this issue for me

I have found uot, that it is a duplicate, see MC-91710, MC-91823 and some other issues. You can resolve this ticket as 'Duplicate'
