Strange village generation

I found a village which generated very strangely. The library was cut in half, and partially on top of another building. (See picture) Unfortunately, I was playing in Hardcore, and couldn't check the seed before I died, so I can't help with duplicating it. I apologize if this was already reported, but I couldn't find it on the website.
