Action Bar messages are barely visible

1. How did you trigger this message?
2. Is this still an issue in 15w44b?

1. (By default) Changing Jukebox song, but servers using them for many other things.
2. I just checked it. Still barely visible.

Those are all uniform color. Anyway, I doubt this is a bug. Leaving it open for Mojang to decide.
