stat.useItem.minecraft.coal not increasing when using coal or charcoal on minecart furnaces

Confirmed. Also, using coal on furnace minecarts has no effect on them, in that it doesn't set them into movement, even though the furnace does light up. However, the furnace minecart does move a few blocks, but it also does when right clicking on it with an empty hand (which makes it act as if it has been shoved), and holding a fuel in ones hand makes no difference in how far it goes.

Nope, it's not MC-51053. I confirm what I said in the first place, however this only happens with charcoal, not regular coal.

Behaviour of charcoal just changed for me to normal when I tried now. Cannot explain why... I was in creatve, btw.
