[MC-92194] " is not a valid number

/execute @e[type=ArmorStand] ~ ~ ~ /scoreboard players add @e[type=ArmorStand,r=0] test 1

This command works if you type it into chat, but in a command block it returns the error message: " is not a valid number.

It seems to work after restarting the world or moving the command block (can't confirm which of these it is as I can't reproduce the bug myself). But the command I used was the exact one in the description, both in chat and in the command block.
