What I expected to happen was...:
The Grass Would Break As Normal
What actually happened was...:
When I broke the bottom block of the tall grass, the top piece momentarily turned into a flower, but then it broke.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a two block high "Tall Grass" block in your world
2. Break the bottom half of it
3. If you look closely at the top piece, it will flash into a flower then disappear like normal. You may need to try more than once!
