[MC-92765] Shooting on a Boat causes you to fall through it or glitch

I stood on a boat and shoot an arrow and fell through.
I expected not to fall through the boat.
To reproduce:
1. stand on the center of the boat so not on the edge.
2.fire an arrow upwards works best
3.you fall though or glitch into the boat

Was able to reproduce, also standing exactly in the center of a boat does the exact same thing.
