Arrows destroy armor stands

Intended, you damage it with the arrow, so the armor stand receives damage, upon damage, it breaks, has always been this way

Correct, HOWEVER on xbox 360 edition, when I shoot an armor stand with an arrow (I was in creative) it does not drop anything. Even if I place armor on it before I shoot it, the armor stand and anything on it is destroyed, no drops. I don't think this aspect was intended.
