[MC-92930] Chests and Signs transparent at an angle

Chests and signs when looked at from certain angles look transparent and flash from transparent to regular every little bit

This is not a duplicate as that one was about skins, and this is about chests and signs the angle that they are transparent always changes...

actually, that bug effects every (tile)entity and armor, and thus is being generalised to 1 isse
