[MC-93] Signs light up when mousing over creative inventory slots

In creative mode,when I look in the direction of a sign and open the inventory,signs in the background will light up if I go over inventory slots.

This is not just with signs. Sometimes it occurs with the sky.

This ticket is in fact the same cause as MC-51298: The sign is darker when showing a tooltip and lighter when showing no tooltip.
