Chunks stop loading while on a horse.
I was riding around on my horse and came across what seemed like lagging chunks but once I got off the horse, all the chunks reloaded and were fine until I got back on my horse and started riding again. (Only occurs while riding long distance.)

Tired using the F3+A trick of reloading all chunks. It reloaded all the chunks ,but when I ride a horse into the reloaded chunks that were not loading the horse stops moving and I can't get off the horse ,re-logging fixes the frozen horse issue.
