Obviously when CTRL middle clicking, you copy a block's NBT data. For command blocks in 1.9, this mainly works. It copies the command, whether it is impulse/chain/repeat, and whether it requires a redstone signal. It does not, however, copy whether it is "conditional" to another command block (the setting in the middle)
