[MC-93052] Stone texture flip with active redstone (note blocks, levers)

When Playing noteblocks the surrounding blocks have graphical glitches. The graphical glitch seems to flip the texture of the surrounding blocks. (In the picture the second noteblock to the right, in the bottom left corner of both pictures the block above it the pixels change if you look at it closely )

Please attach a screenshot.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

Built something similar to you, but cannot reproduce.

Can you ZIP and attach the world here ?

It's not. I always get tricked by -Xmx3G -Xms3G.
