[MC-93060] Lever changes stone texture

I was casually flipping a lever up/down when I noticed the texture of the stone near it changing on occasion. It didn't affect the same blocks every time.

MC-93052 is the same issue - not with levers, but with note blocks.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) to this ticket.

The problem seems easiest to reproduce (for me) with levers, but I've seen the texture glitch also happening while mining, placing blocks, flowing water (I think) and mobs moving around.

Your graphics card driver is outdated:

Please update to current version: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/95559 and report if the problem is persisting (at least in the relating MC-93167 this didn't help...)
