Ender dragon flies away in Overworld

As soon as I summon Ender Dragon in Overworld it flies away from me, If I chase it with creative flying it just keeps flying away. It also flies away when im in survival instead of actually fighting me. Its really annoying bug as I can no longer face dragon fights in overworld :/ Please fix it
