Horses broken....still, but worse...

I am still unable to ride my horse without the world chunks being unable to load. In this snapshot, the world STILL does not load when I get off my horse. The only way it can be fixed is if I change the render distance in the video settings. Please fix this asap I want to be able to ride horses long distances without it taking forever to constantly change the render distance.
