[MC-9339] FPS drop due to Smooth Lighting

FPS drop in snapshot 13w05a, 13w05b and 13w06a of the order of a thousand fps
In 13w04a : 150/200 fps
In 13w05/06a : 50 fps

When I turn off Smooth lighting I get about 120 fps max in 13w06a.

Seriously! Over 50% dupes. The developer of Mojira needs a way of deleting tickets, or is tere already one?
