[MC-93430] Tamed wolves beg for bones, wild wolves beg for meat

Duplicate MC-84789

Wolves are not visually begging, if the player holds in his hand bone. However, wolves begging, if a player is holding the meat.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn or find a wolf.
2. Hold the bone, standing next to a wolf.

And by the third picture, it seems tamed wolfs beg for bones rather than wild ones. Seems the "begging" AI somehow got swapped.

Wild wolves begging for meat works as intended.If you played beta 1.4-release 1.8.9,you would know by what I mean by that

The wolves begged for meats (wild or tamed) since Beta 1.4.It is not a duplicate to the bug I had reported almost a year ago, it is a 2 in 1 which the first part is really a bug, while the other part works as intended
