Render glitch when I relog into any 15w47c server

Ok so this glitch happens when I relog into my multiplayer, I am the Owner and a player sent me this is also happening to me.

I dont know why this happens but for this to work or to make it happen you do these step!

1: Launch Minecraft
2: Login to the 15w47c Server
3: Logout (Into the Server)
4: Login (Into the Server)
5: Then you get this weird (Check the Pictures)

The only way me and my friends have figured out how to fix this is by relaunching Minecraft once we have exited the game fully.
